PIZZA PIE TUNA (OTHER MEATS MAY
BE SUBSTITUTED)
 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water

Beat together until it forms a ball. Roll out into 12 inch pie pan ungreased. Bake until golden brown in 350 degree oven.

FILLING:

6 1/2 oz. can tuna or whatever meat you prefer
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce

Mix with hand mixer until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sliced green onion. Spread on crust.

Topping: Start at edge of pizza crust and go around:

Red cherry tomatoes, cut in half; broccoli flowers; celery diced; mushrooms. Shred cheese over entire pizza. Serve.
