CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Mix cheese together and layer cheeses and chilies in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheeses and chilies. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
