MINESTRONE SOUP 
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can Campbell's bean & bacon soup
1 1/2 cans water
3 soup cans tomato juice
1 sm. can Veg-all
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper
2 potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, cubed
1 c. cabbage
1 c. cubed zucchini squash
1 c. chick peas (cook according to directions)

In a soup pan, brown bacon, onions, celery, basil and garlic. Stir in soups, water, tomato juice and tomatoes, all vegetables, Veg-all, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, add chicken peas, macaroni and cabbage; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add zucchini and cook 10 more minutes. Stir occasionally. You can also add spinach. You can add any other vegetables you want.
