PINK CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Yields: 35 punch cups.

2 cans (6 oz.) cranberry juice concentrate
2 cans (6 oz.) pink lemonade concentrate
1 bottle (4/5 qt.) chilled burgundy wine
1 qt. club soda, chilled
2 bottles pink champagne, chilled
Ice cubes, plain or fancy

1. In large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, burgundy, club soda and champagne.

2. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.

Good served with: Nibbling mixtures. Try a combination of equal parts of salted nuts, dark raisins, golden raisins and fresh grapes.

TIPS: For a festive holiday touch, make ice cubes in fancy shapes, and place one whole cranberry into each cube before freezing.
