BOILED RAISIN CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. hot raisin juice
2 c. boiled raisins

Boil raisins 5 minutes, save juice. Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Mix flour, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Alternately add hot juice with flour mixture. Add drained raisins. Bake in cupcake pan at 350 degrees until done.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with sugar over dough before baking.
