STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries & halved save 1/2 c. of the juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Mix and add dry ingredients; then add strawberries. Bake at 325 degrees in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup strawberry juice with soft cream cheese and use as a spread on sliced bread.
