LASAGNE 
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lg. jar Ragu, thick
1 (8 oz.) pkg. ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. cooked hamburger meat or 1 lg. link sausage, cooked & cut into sm. pieces
Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. grated mozzarella
Lg. baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Cook sausage or hamburger and drain. Add to Ragu in crock pot. Add sugar and basil and cook all day. Take lid off and turn to high 1 hour before needed to thicken. Mix ricotta with milk and egg.

To layer casserole spread some sauce evenly on bottom of pan. Place noodles, sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and sauce. Repeat layers until noodles are used up. Top casserole with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
