BAKED ASPARAGUS 
2 1/2 lbs. asparagus
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated fresh

Wash, peel, and cook asparagus until crisp-tender. Do not overcook.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13x9 baking dish. Arrange in baking dish. Cover with Parmesan and bake approximately 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
