ORANGE GLAZED ROAST PORK | |
4-5 lb. pork loin roast 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 18 oz. Kraft Barbecue Sauce 18 oz. Kraft Orange Marmalade Season meat with pepper and salt. Place meat, fat side up on rack in baking pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer registers 170 degrees. Combine barbecue sauce and marmalade. Simmer over low heat. Baste meat with sauce during last 30 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
