CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken
4 or 5 green onions or 1 med. onion, cut in sm. pieces
1 sm. green pepper, cut into sm. pieces
2 eggs
2 bags boil-in-a-bag rice
Chicken stock
Soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles

In a skillet, saute chicken, onions and green pepper. While this is frying, cook rice in chicken stock mixed with enough water to cover rice. After chicken, peppers and onions are sauteed, move to one side of skillet and scramble the 2 eggs on the other side. Then mix together and add rice when done. Add soy sauce to taste and top with chow mein noodles.
