MARINADE FOR TOP SIRLOIN AND
LONDON BROIL
 
The day before barbecuing, thaw out meat and put into a Tupperware type container. Use a fork to poke holes in the meat. Put cayenne or black pepper (your preference) on meat. Put a generous amount of brown sugar over all sides of the meat. Pour soy sauce all over the meat. Marinade for 8 to 24 hours. I'll do this on a Saturday morning and barbeque Sunday for supper. While barbecuing, brush with the marinade.
