CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Chicken (or rabbit), cut in serving pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 c. water

Fry onion in butter until tender, not brown. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and stir into onions. Add meat and fry until all sides are lightly coated. Add water and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Remove meat from pan. Blend 3 tablespoons flour with sour cream in a bowl. Blend into liquid in the pan. Heat until warm and thick. Pour sauce over meat.
