VICTORY PIG PIZZA | |
Keep ingredients at room temperature before making. DOUGH: 3/4 c. warm water 1 pkg. dry yeast 1 pinch sugar Stir until dissolved and let stand a few minutes. 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. warm water Then flour hands and knead until smooth and satiny and let stand 20 minutes. Oil cookie sheet and put dough on and cover. Let rise in warm oven for 10 minutes. SAUCE: 1 lg. can tomatoes, drain, mashed and drain 1 onion, chopped Add 2 tablespoons of oil on top of dough. Put tomatoes and onions on dough. Add 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese and 8 ounces Munster cheese, shredded. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until edges are brown and pull away from the sides of the pan. |
