APPLE PIE PIZZA 
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/4 cup ice water
1/2 cup powdered non dairy "cream"
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup butter
6 cups sliced pared apples, cut 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine 1 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp salt in bowl. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add cheese. Sprinkle water on top. Shape into ball. Press into greased 12 inch pizza pan.

Combine powdered "cream", brown sugar, sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.

Sprinkle half of mixture over pastry. Cut butter into remaining half until crumbly. Set aside.

Arrange apples on crust overlapping them in circles. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

Serve with ice cream.
