PINEAPPLE HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients, adding nuts last. (Important) Pour into an ungreased flat baking pan (or dripping pan). Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING: Blend 8 ounces cream cheese with 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts and spread over cooled cake.
