HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can flaked coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/4 c. juice)
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and pour pineapple juice over warm cake.
