HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can (undrained) crushed pineapple

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all cake ingredients well (do not beat). Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.

Beat all icing ingredients together. Spread on cake.
