CHINESE - STYLE HAMBURGER HASH | |
1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. ground beef 2 med. onions, chopped 1 c. diced celery 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. warm water 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can bean sprouts, drained 1 can Chinese noodles Brown meat in a skillet with oil until crumbly. Add chopped onion and celery. Cook for a couple minutes more. Drain off liquid. Add soups and water. Heat almost to boiling while stirring. Mix in rice, soy sauce, pepper, and sprouts. Immediately spoon mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle noodles over top of casserole and bake, uncovered, another 15 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
