BARLEY CASSEROLE 
immer 20 minutes on low heat:

2 pkg. of Lipton Cup-a-soup onion
1/2 stick butter
1 c. barley

our mixture in buttered casserole and add:

1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes or until brown around edges.
