TOFFEE BARS 
1 pkg. graham crackers (broken in half)
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Spray cookie sheet with PAM. Lay crackers out flat on cookie sheet. Melt butter and sugar; boil for 2 minutes. Pour over crackers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Take off cookie sheet immediately with spatula; cool on rack or aluminum foil.
