TORTILLINI SALAD 
1 1/2 c. olive oil
6 oz. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. cooked tortillini
1 bunch broccoli florettes, blanched
1/2 lb. green beans, cut
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over remaining ingredients. Toss tortillini, vegetables and dressing together. Chill well.
