SEAFOAM SALAD | |
3 oz. pkg. lime jello 1 lg. can pears 6 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. pear juice Drain pears, save 1 cup juice. Heat juice to boiling and add jello. While jello cools slightly, beat cream cheese with milk until smooth. Add jello, a little at a time, to cream cheese. Beat each time until smooth. Let mixture set partially in refrigerator. When set enough, add crushed pears and Cool Whip. Pour into mold and set several hours. |
