1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. butter, creamed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda (dissolved in cream)
1 c. raisins and rind of 1 orange, ground
Juice of 1 orange
2 c. flour

Bake one hour in slow oven. While cake is still hot brush top with mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
