WISCONSIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 c. sorghum or molasses
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. broken pecans

Combine eggs and syrup thoroughly. Add other ingredients in order. Stir well. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
