CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreos, about 18 cookies
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crushed cookies and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan or 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool and chill thoroughly. Garnish with fruit if desired.
