CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. finely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 24 cookies)
1/4 c. Crisco shortening, melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips, divided
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and shortening and press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Beat in eggs and vanilla and flour. Toss in 1/2 chocolate chips and pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool and refrigerate the leftovers.
