CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed sandwich cookies (Oreos)
2 or 3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine crumbs and butter, press firmly on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In small bowl toss together 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir in cheese mixture. Pour into pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
