MOM'S BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
18 graham crackers, crushed

Mix and press in a 9"x13" pan.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. blueberries
1 c. juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook blueberries, juice, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Add lemon juice. Cool and pour over cooked filling and crust. Top with whipped cream.
