MINT DESSERT 
Whole graham crackers
1 pt. whipped cream
3 c. miniature pastel marshmallows
2 c. tiny after-dinner mints
Crushed Hydrox cookies

Line bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Fold marshmallows and mints into whipped cream. Spread on cracker base. Sprinkle generously with crushed cookies. Chill 12 to 14 hours. Freezes well.
