1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
(optional 1 c. nuts)
2 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil and pour over powdered sugar, stirring constantly. After it's well mixed, put onto hot cake.
