CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

3/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Mix together. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool.

1ST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and spread over crust.

2ND LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix together and spread over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

6 oz. Cool Whip

Spread over top and sprinkle with nuts.
