CHICKEN ALA ROSA 
Split and bone chicken breasts. Dip in melted butter. Roll in crushed Rice Krispies. Arrange in dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top each breast with thin slice of ham and Swiss cheese. Saute 3/4 pound mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1/4 cup light cream - Half and Half, 1/2 cup dry white wine. Thicken with flour and pour over chicken (I double this part). Put in oven approximately 10 minutes to melt lightly.
