2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. ground round steak 1 c. celery, diced 1 onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 c. elbow macaroni Saute in butter, round steak, celery, onion and green pepper. Mix well with fork, cook on low flame, do not brown. Add 1 large can tomatoes. Season to taste. Cook 1 cup of elbow macaroni in boiling water. Add to meat mixture and bake 1 hour. |
