CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD 
6 c. cut up chicken
4 stalks celery
1 (10 oz.) jar sweet pickles, cut in 1/4th's
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
2 c. halved seedless red grapes
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chow mein noodles
Celery leaves

Mix chicken, celery, pickles and onion. Mix mayonnaise, salt, curry powder and pepper. Toss with chicken mixture. Add grape halves. Refrigerate no longer than 12 hours. Just before serving, stir in chow mein noodles. Garnish with celery leaves.
