BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. diced apples 1 c. nuts 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch bits Mix sugar, oil and vanilla. Add eggs and mix good; then mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to liquid mixture. Add apples and nuts; put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with butterscotch bits on top. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
