BOLOGNESE SAUCE 
1/2 lb. hamburg
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. butter
28 oz. can imported peeled tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Parsley

In a frying pan with low heat, melt butter and add finely chopped onions, hamburg and cook until brown. Then add a can of whole peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper and parsley. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
