BLT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 med.-sized head iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 avocados
3 c. shredded cold, cooked chicken
1/2 lg. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 lg. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/3 c. parsley, finely chopped
