MEXICALI MEAT LOAF 
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
7 oz. can (1 c.) Mexicorn Brand golden whole kernel corn with sweet peppers (drained)

TOPPING:

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices bacon, fried, drained & crumbled

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl beat egg slightly. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Press meat mixture into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

In small bowl, combine first 6 topping ingredients; spread on meat loaf, top with bacon. Return to oven and bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before lifting from pan.
