16 oz. bottle any barbecue sauce
16 oz. beer
1 med. chopped onion
Dash of garlic juice
1 (2 oz.) lemon or lime juice
Dash of grated orange peel
Dash of pepper
A-1 sauce to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Heinz 57 sauce to taste
Chili or red pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, simmer 1 day, use the next. Will freeze well.
