CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
2 sm. whole chicken breasts, cut in half
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 tbsp. white wine or orange juice
2 tsp. chopped ginger root OR 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients. Marinate for 1 hour. Grill or broil for 10 minutes.
