BAR-B-QUED BRISKET 
8 lb. beef brisket
Onion salt
Celery salt
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Liquid smoke

Sprinkle beef both sides with salts and seasonings, sugar and rub in well. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight.

Next day, season again omitting only the sugar. Rub in well. Wrap tightly and bake for 10 hours at 250 degrees.

One hour before serving, open foil and pour over 1 bottle Bill Johnson's barbecue sauce mixed with 3/4 cup dark brown sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Slice and pass extra sauce.
