COUNTRY BREAKFAST | |
8 slices cubed bread 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 4 eggs 2 1/4 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 lbs. sausage links Brown bread; brown sausage. (Make sure the sausage is cut up in bite size pieces.) Line a 9"x13" pan with the bread and put the sausage on top. Beat eggs, milk and mustard together. Put over sausage and bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning put soup and milk over this and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hours. |
