COUNTRY CLUB BREAKFAST 
5 slices of bread
1 lb. ham pieces
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (opt.)
1/2 c. mushrooms (opt.)

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cube bread and spread over bottom of pan. Spread diced (you dice it) ham over bread. Sprinkle cheese. Beat eggs, milk, sage, salt and mustard together. Pour over bread, ham and cheese. Add mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate overnight (saran wrap). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cover loosely with foil. Uncover the last 15 minutes to help it brown.
