BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed banana
1 1/2 c. nuts

Combine butter and sugar, cream until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, milk and almond extract and mix. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas. Mix well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
