CHICKEN STRATA 
5-6 pieces of dry bread, cubed
1/2 onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Put half of the bread on the bottom of casserole. Mix the next 7 ingredients and pour over the cubes. Top with leftover cubes. Mix milk and soup and pour over top. Sprinkle cheese over top the last 15 minutes of baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
