MICROWAVE BROWNIES 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate or 6 tbsp. cocoa and 2 tbsp. oil
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. flour

Combine chocolate with butter, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir until blended and add rest of ingredients in order of list. Spread mixture in a lightly greased microwave cake dish. Microwave for 9-10 minutes. Give dish a 1/4 turn 3 times during cooking. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
