LIVELY LEMON FISH ROLL-UPS 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese
8 fish fillets (sole, flounder, etc.)

Melt butter, add lemon juice. Add spices. In a separate bowl, mix together cooked rice, thawed broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup of butter/lemon mixture. Place a spoonful on each fillet and roll-up the fillet. Place seam side down in a 11 x 7 pan. Pour remaining butter/lemon sauce on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
