CHOCOLATE BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar

Blend first 4 ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips; set aside. Blend all of chocolate mixture ingredients. Fill paper baking cups 1/3 full. Drop a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each cup. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
