SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes (or canned)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
Salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine ingredients. Put into casserole. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
