MAPLE RAISIN PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 c. raisins

SYRUP:

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. butter

Boil syrup 5 minutes. Pour on top of batter and bake immediately 30 minutes at 350 degrees to mix batter. Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk and mix well. Spread in large pan, about 12x18 inches. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
